Los Guajiros de Cuba
Using horses and oxen instead of trucks and tractors, these Cuban farmers raise beans, corn, sugar cane, yucca, coffee, honey and other subsistence crops under the crushing sanctions of the six-decade U.S. Embargo. They also grow tobacco for Cuban cigars, their sole cash export crop.
